The gym is open. To be able to train indoors, a number of precautions have been taken. And we can only workout safely if we stick to these measures together.


At Classic Gym Rotterdam You Train Safely.

Classic Gym Rotterdam follows the NL-Actief Protocol. This is tailored to our personal situation so that all athletes can train safely. Care will be taken to ensure that all those present adhere to these rules.

  • Reserve your training within a time block of 90 minutes (85 min. Training).
  • Indicate which muscle group you want to train within the time block.
  • Book preferably 24 hours in advance and wait for confirmation.
  • Answer health questions (triage). Stay at home with symptoms of illness.
  • Disinfect your hands upon arrival.
  • Don't shake hands or give high-fives.
  • Usually keep 1.5 meters away. Take a step back or step aside.
  • Use a mouth mask at entrance and between exercises.
  • Train on 1 machine and use a large towel.
  • Then clean the appliance / handles yourself and go to the next appliance with sufficient distance.
  • There are plenty of cleaning cloths and sprays in the fitness room.
  • Use of the cardio is at a distance of 1.5m and only at a low intensity.
  • Classic Gym Rotterdam has a good ventilation system. In addition, the door and window will be open.
  • Follow the instructions. In case of non-compliance with the measures, access to the gym can be refused.

 

The New Normaal at bij Classic Gym Rotterdam:

We work with reservations in order to train with a distance of 1.5m. The disadvantage of this is that you cannot just come and train unannounced. But on the other hand there is a lot of advantage :)


✔️ All equipment for the muscle groups for which you have reserved are free.

✔️ You can keep training, you don't have to wait for a device.
✔️ No 'too' busy moments.
✔️ If you are flexible, you can choose the least popular time block.
✔️ You are expected on time. So no excuses or delay to go to the gym.
✔️ Reserve your workout one day in advance, then there is a 99.9% chance that there is room for you.
